To ensure longevity and reliability, we manufacture our components from a very high molecular weight (VHMW) High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) sourced directly from Total Petrochemicals (HDPE 56020 S), a material which sets the standards for toughness and durability. To further enhance our products we add Ultra-Violet inhibiters so that they have a UV resistance of at least 15 years in Southern European environments.
The internal screw connectors which hold the modules safely are also made from HDPE, whilst other connecting accessories such as threaded nuts, connecting pins, and spacers are made from Nylon 66 (DSM Akulon F223-D) to give a strong and durable thread, which increases the overall performance of the interconnected modules.
